The airport shuttle was punctual and very convenient. My room offered quiet respite with comfortable amenities and thoughtful design. The hotel breakfast had a generous buffet with local and international choices.
I did notice the bathroom lacked a functional lock, a minor detail.

smoky stay and early airport transfer
punctual transfersmoke smellearly transfer
the airport transfer was punctual, though a bit too early for my taste (i could have slept a bit more!).
I was given a room in what i suspect was the smoking section. the stale smoke smell mixed with air freshener was overpowering. the staff didn't offer another room, so i dealt with the chemical-smoke cocktail all night. also, the free transfer took me to the airport way too early. I could have used that extra hour of sleep.

the free airport shuttle operated reliably.
I found the spa experience concerning as the masseuse offered my partner a 'special' service. This felt unprofessional and illegal. also, the tiles around the pool were so slippery. I constantly worried about falling. these issues detracted from what could have been a more relaxing stay
